This entry talks about the tragedy that occurred at the concert in episode 1, it details a lot information that was never mentioned in the anime. This is a pretty depressing read, since it goes over the number of people in attendance and how many died.

Symphogear Concert Goods available!

For those of you that didn't know, the Symphogear concert had exclusive goods available for purchase. Due to large lines (of over 700 people!) at the concert, they announced afterwards that all the items would be available for order on Good Smile's online shop. Much to my surprise, these goods have also been made available on the international shop as well so that overseas fans can buy them!

Season 2 confirmed

Way too tired for a real post right now but the Symphogear concert just ended in Japan and a second season was announced along with a nendoroid of Chris. More details later if I'm not dead tired.

Complete BD/TV comparisons

Awhile back I browsed the old 2ch threads looking for the sources of the BD/TV comparison images that I had seen previously, most blogs stopped reposting them after episode 4 so I had to find them on my own. Fortunately I was able to gather them all (with the exception of episode 10 orz), and put them into an imgur album for easy viewing.

Doujin releases of c82 - from the staff!

In Japan there is an event known as Comiket (short for Comic Market) where fan artists bring doujinshi (fan magazines/manga) and other goods to sell to other fans. There are also a fair amount of official merchandise releases and also some unofficial releases from artists who are staffed on anime. This year the event included some Symphogear goodies.
