Los Alamos National Laboratory

An American lab located in Los Alamos, New Mexico. It is one of the bases of black arts tech research and was where the F.I.S. once operated out of. This is where the Symphogears, among other things, were developed. This includes: Igalima, Shulshagana and Airget-lahm, which were seized in war. Along with Shenshoujing and Gungnir (another fragment) that were smuggled from Japan. From the outside, this is a laboratory known for producing high technology that is on the world’s leading edge. This includes the nuclear missile that was launched at Japan, and the Echelon system that was used to cover up and delete data relating to the Frontier Incident. This is one place where America’s great power is produced.

America

As both the President (AXZ) and American researcher (XV) featured in the series have said: this country got its start by freeing itself from the mysterious and divine. It’s not all that different from how S.O.N.G. works to oppose the supernatural, however America’s methods tend to be very high-handed and have resulted in much criticism from other countries. As it stands, the relationship between America and Japan is strenuous at best. However, progress towards improving those relations is expected.

Ignite Module

A combat booster system created from a fragment of the cursed sword Dáinsleif, it was one of the Symphogear’s ultimate weapons. As a result of the final battle against the Director of the Bavarian Illuminati, Adam Weishaupt, it was incinerated after the Symphogear was connected to the radiance of the Lapis Philosophicus. In addition to losing the ability to boost the gear’s output, the loss of the Dáinsleif fragment has also made it more difficult to achieve successful Unison due to the fact the fragment acted as an intermediary between the gears by creating resonance and sympathetic vibration between them. As it stands, the battle potential of the Symphogear system is well below its max.

The bracelet of Shem-ha

A golden accessory that was adorned on the right arm of the recovered holy corpse. The corpse was under investigation at the Los Alamos Lab, but it crumbled away and left only the bracelet behind. It was originally taken from S.O.N.G. to America, but then Vanessa stole it away. She was ordered to do so by the Kamakura, Japan’s defender known as Fudo Kazanari.

It means “Roger!” Or at least it seems to?

Vanessa

Her full name is Vanessa Diodati. She is from Stanley, Hong Kong. She is the daughter of the CEO of a film production company known as “Hammer”. (Her father is a Brit of Indian descent). In fact, both of her parents were active members of the Bavarian Illuminati and Vanessa herself was engaged in the group’s functions and ceremonies from a young age. She was seen as an exceptionally bright child and was expected to have a promising future. However, during her research into Faust Robes she was caught in an accident that left her near death. Her mortally wounded body was abandoned in favor of a prosthetic one, known as a “Silhouette Body”. Although this granted her a longer life, it displaced her within the hierarchy of Alchemists who only respected “perfect life”. This resulted in her status falling drastically, despite her past achievements. When Vanessa discovered that this all came at the order of her parents themselves, she began to identify herself as a worthless “base metal”. Her Silhouette Body has a system that allows for it to be constantly active, forgoing the process of converting high levels of energy such as the Symphogear or Faust Robe. However in exchange, her output is below that of the Faust Robe and therefore the Silhouette Body it is seen as nothing more than formal wear that Alchemists have access to.

Daidalos End

This is Noble Red’s trump card they rely on to overturn the tides of battle. It is only possible for it to be used when Vanessa, Elsa and Millaarc are together and in peak form.

Noble Red

A unit of the Bavarian Illuminati that doesn’t actually exist. It is a name that Vanessa, Elsa and Millaarc chose of their own accord to wash away the scorn and shame. It is the proof of their proud crimson bonds with each other, as they struggle against headwinds that relentlessly try to crush them.
